Cancellation Policy
All appointments are binding. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be charged. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Cancellations are accepted via phone, text message, or email. Please note that cancellations via social media are not valid.
